Creepy, Crawly, Slimy: Sean Smith Visits Loveland Haunted Aquarium

DRAPER, Utah – A trip to the aquarium might not usually be a scary experience, but the Loveland Living Planet Haunted Aquarium is making things a little creepier this Halloween season.
KSL TV’s adventure specialist Sean Smith dared to enter the Haunted Aquarium to see what it has to offer this October.
Sean started off the morning playing the Mystery Box Game, where he had to stick his hand into a container and guess what’s hiding inside.
“Just to check, you don’t have any exotic allergies?” asked Brent from the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. “You’re up to date on all your shots?”
After Sean got a feel of a few artifacts, he got up close and personal with a Chilean rose hair tarantula named Sprinkles and a rainbow boa named Barbie.
Then Sean got to try his hand at making slime.
Well, Brent did most of the heavy lifting. Sean played more of a spectator role.
He did learn he’s not supposed to eat the slime, though.
The Loveland Living Planet’s Haunted Aquarium will feature trick-or-treating events leading up to Halloween, as well as spooky crafts and skeleton dives. Go to thelivingplanet.com/hauntedaquarium for details.
