Provo Police searching for missing teen

PROVO — Provo Police are looking for a 13-year-old.
They say Thomas Caldwell was last seen near Lions Park in Provo around 1 p.m. Sunday.
Thomas has a nearly shaved head, is 5 feet tall and has a skinny build. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, red tie and black shoes.
