TONIGHT: GENERATION ORPHAN

A rising number of Utah students are “orphans” because their parents died, went to jail, or abandoned them due to drugs, mostly meth. It is the tragic outcome as the drug crisis produces a generation of kids with dysfunction parents. Jordan district says they are now seeing four or five children in every school on their own because of this, and it could be just the beginning as we start to see the next generation impacted by the opioid crisis.
