OGDEN, Utah – An employee at a haunted house near Ogden says a drunken customer sexually assaulted her. 18-year-old Autumn Satterfield works as a costumed-character at the Haunted Hollow.
Satterfield says she was alone in one of the inside rooms in the haunted house, when a man aggressively grabbed her and started groping her breasts.
“I was angry,” said Satterfield “We have kids younger than me going there and working there, so if he’s willing to put his hands on me what is he going to do with the younger kids?”
Satterfield says she shoved the man backward and called for security. By the time the security guard arrived the man had run away.
“We want to be able to have fun, but if you are high or you are drunk it kind of ruins the experience for every body.”
The haunted house has surveillance video, which they’ve turned into police. The Weber County Sheriff’s Department says they are investigating the encounter, but at this point have no leads.
