‘The Tonight Show’ On NBC Asks Twitter About Weirdest Halloweens
Oct 30, 2018, 11:02 AM
NEW YORK CITY, New York – “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” posed a challenge to its Twitter followers in the day leading up to Halloween: Tweet out a funny or weird thing that’s happened to you on Halloween, and tag it with #WeirdestHalloweenEver.
Jimmy kicked off the trend by sharing his story of a very Hasselhoff Halloween.
In 1994 I went to a party where three people dressed up like David Hasselhoff from Baywatch. At one point, someone accidentally fell into the pool and all the Hasselhoffs jumped in to save him. #WeirdestHalloweenEver

Twitter, of course, ran away with the hashtag.
The photos did not disappoint

Went to a party this past Saturday. When I walked in, I saw a framed photo surrounded by candles and incense commemorating E.T #WeirdestHalloweenEver

Last year on Halloween I spent the whole day sewing tiny beads and sequins for my pug Brigid’s 2015 inspired Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra. There were feathers EVERYWHERE.
It was also her 31st costume that month…#WeirdestHalloweenEver pic.twitter.com/ozgKPXRgYO

I had to work on Halloween last year and this girl in a taco costume came in, ordered tacos, and about 3 bites into it she asked her friends “is this cannibalism?” #weirdesthalloweenever

Went to a party dressed as a fairy, used glitter as “fairy dust” and told people: Make a wish and It will come true. Later that night, a drunk guy pointed at me and told security “Ask the fairy! She said I could!” #WeirdestHalloweenEver

A little kid trick or treating showed up in a poncho that had "John" written on it. We're like,"What are you supposed to be?" He's all,"I'm John." #WeirdestHalloweenEver

My Son was Spiderman one year, after one of our last stops I took his hand and moved on to the next house. A lady and Her Son, who was also Spiderman, were running towards us yelling in Spanish.
Come to realize… I walked away with the wrong Spiderman😒#WeirdestHalloweenEver— NickiG333 (@ngblaze44) October 30, 2018
While trick or treating (we were young), we knocked at an old woman's door as she opened it we were like "Trick or treat" and she was like "I didn't hear you say hello and if you want something you say please!".
She gave us pickles and toothbrushes. #weirdesthalloweenever— Nadine (@caughtbyfantasy) October 30, 2018
#WeirdestHalloweenEver I once saw five people walk into the public toilets dressed as the avengers and came out as the Justice League.

Decided to go trick-or-treating at age 19 with a bunch of college friends. We knew we were too old, so we came up with a gimmick: Halloween carols. We changed the words of Christmas carols to be about monsters and candy. Our college president loved it. #WeirdestHalloweenEver
