Police identify Salt Lake City homicide victim

SALT LAKE CITY — Police on Sunday identified a man who was killed Saturday night.
Mason Hunt, 26, was killed near 400 N. Star Crest Drive on Saturday, according to a tweet from the Salt Lake City Police Department.
Officials have not released details about the incident or how Hunt died, but said they are looking for a stolen silver, 2007 Infinity M35 in connection with the homicide. The vehicle has a Utah license plate with number W007VZ.
The investigation remains ongoing.
