‘LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part’ Adds More Stars To Roster

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The LEGO crew is back in “The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part,” and film critic Jimmy Martin had the opportunity to chat with the film’s cast and directors.
Directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord said their humor was influenced by “The Simpsons,” Steve Martin, Mel Brooks, Chuck Jones.
And, “my dad,” Lord added.
Chris Pratt, who voices Emmett, said he enjoys playing the hero.
“I’m going to write it into my contract that I only do really likable things in movies,” he said.
The star-studded cast also includes Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Tiffany Haddish, Stephanie Beatriz, Alison Brie, Nick Offerman, Charlie Day, Maya Rudolph, Will Ferrell, Channing Tatum, Jonah Hill and Jonah Hill, among others.
Martin said he enjoyed the sequel, but he liked the first installment better.
