241 Earthquakes Recorded Across Utah During February
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – A number of earthquakes have continued to shake Utah, and the latest batch hit Southern Utah.
The latest quake, which hit just west of Enoch in Iron County, measured 2.7.
The United States Geological Survey has recorded 241 earthquakes in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho in February alone. Most of them were centered in Utah.
April 18 is the annual Great Utah Shake Out. The event begins at 10:15 a.m. and is meant to help Utahns figure out what they need to do in their own homes to prepare for an earthquake.
