Dump Truck Driver Accused Of Killing 6 To Appear In Court

HEBER CITY, Utah – A dump truck driver accused of killing six people in a horrific crash along U.S. 40 is making a court appearance Wednesday.
The preliminary hearing for Jamie Don McKenzie, 41, will be held in Heber City. He faces six counts of automobile homicide and two counts of DUI.
On Oct. 19, 2018, McKenxie was driving a dump truck on U.S. 40 when the truck crossed into oncoming traffic. The dump truck crashed into a pickup, killing six people.
McKenzie reportedly had a blood alcohol level of 0.379.
