Brush Fire Affects I-215 In West Valley City

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – A brush fire was affecting northbound I-215 at mile post 18 early Monday morning, according to the Utah Department of Transportation.
The fire was located at 2900 South near the Maverik Center.
The right hand lanes were being impacted at approximately 5 a.m. The brush fire was quickly extinguished, but right lanes remained closed as crews worked at the scene.
