SALT LAKE CITY — Utah County Commissioner Tanner Ainge and Salt Lake County Mayor Jenny Wilson agreed to a friendly wager on the BYU-Utah game.
Ainge, a BYU graduate, proposed the bet on Twitter a week before the game. He said if the Cougars win, Wilson would have to bring breakfast to the next Utah County meeting and publicly accept defeat while wearing BYU gear.
If BYU loses, Ainge said he will bring dinner to the next Salt Lake County meeting and accept defeat while decked out in Utah apparel.
Wilson, who graduated from Utah, accepted the offer.
Let’s go!
