In a phone interview with KSL, Adam Reed, the owner of the home where SWAT responded, said the tenant is a man named Jesse David, 34. He said he thinks the stabbing is due to a “love triangle” with David’s child’s mom and significant other. Reed believes David isn’t dangerous or even barricading himself, he said he thinks he is passed out drunk.
Police determined David was not inside the residence and are asking people with any information on his location to reach out to them.
