Troopers Busy Keeping Roads Safe During Labor Day Weekend; Zero Fatalities

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah law enforcement released numbers showing they had a busy holiday weekend trying to keep the state’s roads safe.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, 66 drivers were arrested for DUI over the Labor Day weekend.
Troopers also pulled over 632 drivers for not wearing seat belts, and they made contact with more than 3,600 drivers for speeding.
The positive news, though, is there were zero fatalities.
