CLINTON, Utah — An Amber Alert has been issued for 3-week-old Audrey Westfall who police say was abducted by suspect 25-year-old Taylor Cheylene Webb.

Westfall is a white infant with brown hair and blue eyes. Police said she’s around one foot tall and weighs approximately 10 lbs.

Webb is a 5-foot-5 white woman and weighs 130 lbs with long dark blonde/brown hair and blue eyes. She has tattoos on her collar bones that read “Exhale the Negative” on the left clavicle and “Inhale the Positive” on the right.

Webb was last seen Wednesday before 5:12 p.m. wearing a grey zip-up jacket and black yoga pants with black and white Aviva shoes.

Officials with the Clinton Police Department said Webb is Westfall’s mother. She was seen taking the child in a black and gray baby carrier with a pink and green quilted blanket.

They are possibly heading to the area of Modesto, California, by unknown means.

Police said Westfall’s maternal grandmother has court-ordered guardianship over the infant.

If you have any information please call police at 801-451-4150 or simply dial 911.
