Fallen Officers Remembered At Ogden Wreath Ceremony

OGDEN, Utah – Ogden City officials, Ogden City veteran citizens and Police and Fire Department personnel gathered at the Fallen Officer Memorial located in the Municipal Gardens to commemorate the annual wreath ceremony Monday.
“The ceremony was a somber reminder of nine OPD officers that lost their lives while protecting the citizens of Ogden,” Ogden Police shared on their Facebook page.
Mayor Mike Caldwell and Deputy Police Chief Eric Young spoke at the ceremony.
Jared Francom, Marshall White, Clarence Bean, Hoyt Gates, Joseph Quigley, Charles Manzel, Albert Smalley, James Snipes, and William Brown were honored at the ceremony.
“May they rest in peace,” Ogden police wrote in their post.
