Police Locate Missing West Valley City Man

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – Police said they have located an at-risk man who was reported missing from West Valley City.
Dylan Smith, 44, was found around 3:15 p.m. according to officials with West Valley City Police Department.

Smith was last seen leaving an assisted living center at 2938 South Redwood Road on Jan. 7, according to West Valley City police.
He was wearing a gray and black jacket and likely wearing an LA Lakers hat.
Smith is 6’2″, 220 lbs. He has difficulty walking due to health conditions.
