West Bountiful Police Searching For Suspect After Gas Station Robbery

WEST BOUNTIFUL, Utah – Officers with the West Bountiful Police Department are searching for a man accused of robbing a Shell gas station.
Police said the suspect, described as a white male in his 30s or 40s, entered the store at 560 West and 500 South Monday morning and demanded cash from the clerk.
He was wearing a black baseball cap, a black mask covering all but his eyes, a black coat with gray at the top of the chest area, black cargo pants and gray shoes, according to police.
Officers said the suspect did not specifically display a weapon or use force but they believe he was holding a can of pepper spray.
The suspect then fled on foot, heading southwest toward Interstate 15.
