Lori Vallow appears in a Hawaii court.
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Lori Vallow Daybell, who was arrested in Hawaii in connection to the disappearance of her two children, will be in court in Idaho on Friday.
East Idaho News reports Daybell is scheduled to appear in a Rexburg courtroom at 2 p.m.
Daybell faces charges of desertion and nonsupport of dependent children. Her kids, 17-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow, haven’t been seen since September.
Daybell was arrested Feb. 20 on a warrant issued by Madison County, Idaho. She waived an extradition hearing, and her attorney, Craig De Costa, said she would return to Idaho willingly to “defend herself against these false accusations.”
