Driver Ejected, Killed In Orem Rollover Crash

OREM, Utah – A 46-year-old Provo man died after his vehicle rolled near the southbound Interstate 15 onramp at 800 North in Orem, according to officials with the Utah Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the victim, Lewis Lee, was ejected from a 2006 Toyota Tundra in the crash, which occurred around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
Officials said Lee was traveling southbound on I-15 in Orem with two other occupants in the car. They were leaving the main flow of traffic and heading towards the area of the 800 North on-ramp when the truck skidded sideways and rolled.
Lee died from his injuries after being ejected from the vehicle. Troopers said they believe he was unrestrained at the time of the crash.
The two other passengers in the truck were wearing seat belts and sustained minor injuries.
