Two More Coronavirus-Related Deaths In Utah, 126 New Cases

SALT LAKE CITY — Two more people have died from the novel coronavirus in the state of Utah, according to Utah Department of Health officials, while 126 new cases were reported.
The updated case counts were released Saturday morning.

UDOH officials said a Utah County woman over the age of 60 died while being hospitalized for COVID-19. She had underlying medical conditions.
A Salt Lake County man older than 60 also died from the virus. Officials don’t know whether he was being hospitalized, or had underlying medical conditions.
A total of 2,931 people have tested positive for COVID-19, while 25 people have died from it. 251 people have been hospitalized.
Salt Lake County has reported the most positive cases with 1,547.
