Dozens Of Units Damaged After Fire At Logan City Motel, Authorities Say

LOGAN, Utah – Authorities responded to a fire at a motel early Monday, Logan City Fire Chief Craig Humphries said.
The fire was reported at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, 364 S. Main St., at approximately 5 a.m.
“When the department arrived, we had flames going through the roof at the east end of the building,” Humphries said.
The chief said roughly 40 units were damaged by the fire before crews were able to get it out.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
