SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – As we get closer to back to school, experts are trying to figure out how to keep students and staff safe while also reopening classrooms. We talk about some of the concerns and ideas from experts in education, health and finance. One thing most experts can agree on–masks.
Somehow that has become a polarizing issue–with Utah County making national news the week over the scene at a county commission meeting. We talk with Utah County Commissioner Tanner Ainge.
Plus, we’ve seen a steady decline in the number of cases in Salt Lake County. The county issuing a mask mandate on June 25th. Mayor Jenny Wilson joins us.
