SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Nine active wildfires were burning in Utah on Tuesday, including two new fires that started Monday.

Authorities reported three fires as officially out: The Turkey Farm Road Fire in Washington County, the Pole Canyon Fire in Utah County, and Three Hill Fire in Cache County.
