Duchesne County School District Reports 4th Case Of COVID-19

ROOSEVELT, Utah — A second individual at Roosevelt Junior High School has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in the Duchesne County School District to four.
District officials were notified about the positive case Friday.
Officials said those who were in direct, prolonged contact with the individual would be notified by the TriCounty Health Department or Duchesne County School District.
Parents were urged not to send their child to school if anyone in the household exhibited symptoms of COVID-19, including fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing. They were also told to avoid contact with others and call their primary care provider immediately.
