SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utahns reported seeing brown snow across the Salt Lake and Tooele valleys Friday evening.
KSL Chief Meteorologist Kevin Eubank said the discolored snow was due to strong winds that kicked up dust, dirt and salt from the West Desert and dumped it with snow all over the Tooele Valley and west side of Salt Lake Valley.
The good news? Things are looking pretty clear this weekend, and Kevin said you’ll have a great chance to get your car washed.
