Dash Cam Video Shows Suspected Drunk Driver Crashing Into Utah Co. Sergeant’s Car

CEDAR FORT, Utah – One person was arrested after a vehicle lost control and crashed into a Utah County Sheriff’s Office sergeant’s car.

Authorities said the crash happened Wednesday evening along state Route 73 near Cedar Fort.

A UCSO sergeant was driving into the town when an eastbound car lost control, spun around and hit the front of the sergeant’s vehicle.

The Utah Highway Patrol investigated the crash and the driver of the vehicle was booked into the Utah County Jail on DUI, among other charges.

No injuries were reported in the crash.

Cedar Fort is located just west of Eagle Mountain.
