Crews Respond To New Fire In Juab County

LEVAN, Utah — Crews are responding to a new wildfire in Juab County.
The MM17 Fire, burning south of Levan and east of state Route 28, has scorched an estimated 150 acres and is 50% contained.
“Crews are working to secure line on the north and south flanks of the fire,” read a tweet Saturday afternoon from Utah Fire Info.
State fire officials said it was burning in grass and brush.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
