Weber County Man Injured In Crash On SR-126

BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah — A motorcyclist was flown to the hospital after crashing on state Route 126 in Box Elder County.
The incident happened near Smith and Edwards around 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Trooper Colton Freckleton with the Utah Highway Patrol said the motorcyclist was traveling southbound on S.R. 126 when he took a curve too fast, crashed into the center median and was thrown from the bike.
The man suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries to his head.
Freckleton said he was speaking at the scene before he was flown to the hospital.
Officials said he was not wearing a helmet.
The man was identified as a Weber County resident.
