Univ. of Utah to host Weber State in first game at expanded Rice-Eccles Stadium

SALT LAKE CITY — College football has returned to the Beehive State as the University of Utah hosts Weber State University in the first game at the newly-expanded Rice-Eccles Stadium.

Some of the changes fans will see at the U. this season are digital tickets, cashless payments and a clear bag policy.

KSL’s Jenne Anderson stopped by the stadium to preview the changes and Thursday’s home opener, which kicks off at 5:30 p.m.
