One dead after rollover crash in Tooele

TOOELE, Utah — A 45-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Thursday morning, according to officials with the Tooele Police Department.
Officers responded to the intersection of Utah Avenue and Rogers Street around 3:20 a.m. and found the vehicle had crashed into a street light and rolled multiple times.
Tooele PD Sgt. Chris Thompson said the driver was ejected from the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not released a cause for the crash and said their investigation is ongoing. The victim’s name has not been released.
