NBC — Coverage of the 133rd Rose Parade will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 1, here on KSL TV.
The Rose Parade travels 5.5 miles down Colorado Blvd. and features four types of entries: floral-decorated floats entered by a participating corporation, non-profit organization or municipality, equestrian units, bands and Tournament Entries.
Rose Parade participants have long histories with the Tournament of Roses and keep the traditions alive.
Each year, over 900 volunteers contribute over 80,000 hours in preparation for the parade, which began in 1890.
