Utah’s COVID case count tops 10,000 as hospitalizations hit pandemic high; 14 deaths reported

The Utah Department of Health on Wednesday said 14 more Utahns have died due to COVID-19 and a record 10,220 residents have tested positive for the virus since yesterday.
