PROVO, Utah — Jerry Bowman and his wife Pam were at the start of having many memorable trips in their renovated 1965 Airstream trailer. Their plans were abruptly cut short, however, after someone stole it from their driveway on Saturday.
“And, it was just gone,” Bowman said.
A veteran and @BYU professor was ready to ride off into retirement w/ his remodeled trailer… until someone cut the trip short by stealing it.

It’s 17-feet long, which is considered to be a smaller trailer.
The family remodeled the inside with special cabinets, and even put in the same type of mattress they have at home.
It’s missing something – a cabinet specially crafted for their garbage.
“We put the garbage can cabinet up on an ad on KSL Classifieds. If they want it, they have to reach out to us!” Bowman joked.
He is keeping an optimistic outlook on hopefully getting his prized retirement possession back.
He retired from teaching mechanical engineering at Brigham Young University for 19 years, and prior to that, he served in the military for 20 years.
“I wanted to spend the next 20 in my trailer, traveling with my wife,” Bowman said.
He is offering a $1,000 reward for anyone who finds his trailer.
