Driver killed after debris crashes through windshield on I-15

WEBER COUNTY, Utah — One person has died after debris crashed through the windshield of a car in Weber County.
The man was identified as Brady Fuhriman, 30, of Millville, Utah.
The incident happened near mile marker 339 around 3:10 p.m. Friday.

According to a press release from the Utah Department of Public Safety, a Hyundai passenger car was traveling northbound on Interstate 15 when “debris (believed to be a brake assembly) from the southbound side of the freeway went over the median and struck the Hyundai.”
The debris went through the windshield of the passenger car, striking and killing Fuhriman.
