At the close of another snow season, the state’s drought drags on and some Utahns are already paying the price with their lawns. This week we talk to KSL-TV’s chief meteorologist Kevin Eubank to break down the state’s drought and water situation–the concerns, the impact and what we can expect moving through spring and summer.
