Driver crashes into Rose Park home, then runs away
ROSE PARK, Utah —Police are looking for the driver of a car that was found crashed into a home in Rose Park Thursday morning.
According to Sgt. Mark Wian with Salt Lake City Police, the crash occurred around 3:37 a.m. in the 1500 block of Baroness Street.
The car did “extensive damage” to the home and property, though Wian wasn’t sure if the home was structurally impacted.
However, the car did break a gas meter and Dominion Energy responded to the gas leak.
The suspect fled on foot and police have not found them at this time.
