MOAB, Utah — Dog the Bounty Hunter has been in Moab the last few days to help try and solve the murders of Kylen Schulte and Crystal Turner.
“He did it in daylight. Someone heard or seen something,” Duane Chapman, also known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, said during a press conference Tuesday.

“We’ve all missed something. There’s something big that we’re missing here,” said Kylen’s father, Sean-Paul Schulte.
Kylen’s father has been actively trying to solve his daughter and her wife’s murder for almost a year.

His private investigator and him worked to get Dog the Bounty Hunter involved.
“Hopefully, Dog shakes the tree and a really rotten apple falls out,” Schulte said.
“We stay on it ’til we catch ’em,” Dog said.
Kylen’s father said the area where the couple was found murdered is an area where they camped on and off for about three years.
Dog the Bounty Hunter went there himself.
“You have to drive quite awhile,” he said. “If you’re going to go down there, you know, to do that, you’re going to be spotted coming in and out.”
The Grand County Sheriff’s Office corrected the original timeline of the crimes. They believe the women were shot around 11:30 a.m. on August 14.
There’s a $20,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
“This is not a snitch thing. You’ll actually be, in God’s eyes, condemned if you know who did it and don’t tell,” Dog said.
After nine months, family friends, and the community hope that Dog can sniff out the person who did this.
“Be hopeful that they can catch this guy, and then Moab can kind of say, ‘Oh man, we feel safe again now. Let’s go back up on our mountain,'” Schulte said.
