Thousands of customers without power due to winds, 1 AM restoration estimate

SALT LAKE CITY – Thousands of customers are without power in Ogden and Draper areas, according to Rocky Mountain Power.
In an RMP tweet, over 4.500 customers are without power until around 1 a.m.
The places hit are Ogden, Layton, Bluffdale, Draper, and their surrounding areas.
Rocky Mountain Power said high winds are the leading cause of the outages.
