Celebrating Aggie Ice Cream Day to kick off summer 2022

LOGAN, Utah — It’s the first day of summer, and KSL TV’s Casey Scott took Chopper 5 to Logan to get some Aggie ice cream.
Tuesday was declared Aggie Ice Cream Day in February by Gov. Spencer Cox, a Utah State University grad, and celebrations at the USU Creamery include 100 cents off a single-scoop cone to celebrate 100 years.
