One dead after crash involving motorhome

BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah — One person has died after a motorhome left the roadway and crashed into a ditch near Tremonton.
The incident happened at milepost 377 of Interstate 15 at approximately 12:55 p.m. Friday.
Officials with the Utah Highway Patrol said a motorhome was traveling northbound on I-15 when it left the roadway to the right, went down an embankment, and struck a ditch.
The driver was pronounced dead on scene while the passenger was transported to an area hospital in fair condition.
Troopers said they are investigating if the driver was having a possible medication condition prior to the crash.
