Springville Police asking public for information about ‘suspicious’ death

SPRINGVILLE, Utah — Police are investigating after a 56-year-old man was found dead in his car at an industrial park in Springville.
The body of Bobby Pool, from Springville, was found Oct. 8 at approximately 11:15 p.m. in the area of 1851 N. Parkway Court.
According to a press release from the Springville Police Department, Pool was found after a report came in of an unresponsive man in the front seat of a vehicle.
When officers arrived, Pool was declared dead. Police said the death is “suspicious” and is currently under investigation.
“Further details of the incident are being withheld to not interfere with the investigation,” the release stated.
