Woman injured in Murray shooting Sunday

MURRAY, Utah — Multiple shots were fired from people in at least two vehicles firing at each other in Murray.
At approximately 6 p.m. Sunday, police received multiple calls reporting gunfire near 6200 South and 725 East.
Police said a woman in her 20s was shot in the arm. She is in fair condition.
It is not clear whether the injured woman was involved with the shooting or was a bystander at this time.
Multiple shell casings and two damaged vehicles were on the scene.
A witness said he saw two cars come down the street, and people in them were actively firing at the other while driving.
Two men were detained by Murray Police and Cottonwood Heights Police. There were at least two drivers involved, and possibly more drivers or victims, according to police.
Police said there is no danger to the public.
