PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two valuable rings that were taken from a hotel at a local ski resort.
“The victims had the rings stolen from their hotel rooms about a week apart,” read a Tuesday afternoon Facebook post from Park City police.
One of the rings is a 14-karat white gold custom diamond engagement ring set with 40 round brilliant cut diamonds and a center oval diamond weighting 3 carats.
Police said each ring is valued at approximately $30,000.
Anyone who may see the rings for sale has been asked to call police dispatch at 435-615-5500.
