SLC police, SWAT work to take ‘fugitive into custody’

SALT LAKE CITY — A SWAT situation is unfolding in downtown Salt Lake City near 1500 South Main Street.
According to a tweet from the Salt Lake City Police Department, officers are working with a SWAT team to safely take a fugitive into custody.
Main Street is now closed from Kensington Avenue and Bryan Avenue.
