ARLINGTON, Va. — President Joe Biden laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier before participating in a ceremony in the Arlington National Cemetery’s amphitheater. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Charles Brown are also expected to participate.
