Motorcyclist dies in crash in St. George

ST. GEORGE — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving another vehicle on Friday afternoon, police say.
According to the St. George Police Department, the motorcyclist was traveling southbound on 2450 East at a high rate of speed when it struck a vehicle making a left turn onto the road.
Police said the 19-year-old male motorcyclist died from his injuries. The driver of the vehicle was hurt in the crash.
The department said that 2450 East was closed from 80 North to 40 South, and access to 2450 E. is closed at 40 North.
