RV park shooting leads to pursuit

TOOELE — A victim was airlifted to a hospital after they were shot Saturday morning, according to the Tooele City Police Department. The suspect fled.

Officer Bentley with TCPD reported that at approximately 3:30 a.m., a person was shot at Vorwaller RV Park.

TCPD did not find the suspect, but Bentley told KSL TV that the suspect crashed on State Road 36 during a pursuit with the Tooele County Sheriff’s Office.

This incident is under investigation.
