LOGAN — Avalanche outlooks remain dangerously high in the backcountry of Logan’s mountains, according to the Utah Avalanche Center.
According to a report from the UAC, very dangerous avalanche conditions are still in effect as travel in avalanche terrain is not recommended.
The UAC has advised to avoid being beneath drifted slopes steeper than 30° in case of natural and human-triggered avalanches. Both are highly likely to occur.
