Small exterior fire at South Jordan home under investigation

SOUTH JORDAN — A small fire that burned the exterior of a South Jordan home Tuesday night is under investigation, according to multiple fire departments.
Battalion Chief John Stone with the South Jordan Fire Department said the fire broke out at 104471 S. Sage Vista Way.
According to Stone, South Jordan FD, West Jordan FD, and Unified Fire responded to a call to find a small exterior fire.
Although no occupants, pets, or firefighters were injured, Stone said the estimated damages would cost $20,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
