Feb 3, 2025, 11:41 PM

PROVO, Utah – It’s a late-night “Super Tuesday” clash in the Big 12 as BYU basketball hosts the Arizona Wildcats.
BYU and Arizona are two of the hottest teams in the country at the moment. They are both on four-game winning streaks.
Arizona is atop the Big 12 standings at 9-1 in league play, while BYU is at 6-4 and is trending up in NCAA Tournament Bracketology projections.
This is the 40th meeting between the bordering state programs, with Arizona holding a 20-19 lead. They were conference mates in the Western Athletic Conference before Arizona joined the PAC-8 in the late 1970s.
Arizona is making its first trip to the Marriott Center in Provo since 1998.
